By accessing or using the Winnipeg Collectable Swap Meet website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

By registering as a vendor, I acknowledge that I am responsible for setting up and cleaning up my booth and ensuring the safety and security of all merchandise, equipment, and personal belongings I bring to the event. I agree to follow all event rules and understand that Winnipeg Collectable Swap Meet is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Vendors must be 13 years of age or older to create an account. A space is held for you once you confirm checkout and is booked once your e-transfer is verified. Include your table number in the e-transfer message so we can match your payment.

All spaces are paid for by Interac e-Transfer. Instructions and the amount are shown at checkout and on your profile. A space is held for 15 minutes while you send payment; unpaid holds are released automatically after that time.

Vendors who confirm a reservation but do not pay may have restrictions placed on their account, up to and including being disabled from renting tables.

No cancellations after payment. If you can't make it on the day, you may share your table with someone else.

If the event is cancelled, every payment is refunded in full. Refunds are sent by e-transfer to the email or phone number saved on your profile. In case of a refund for event issues, give us the best way to refund you; if you don't have auto deposit on, the password will be "refund".

Vendors are responsible for their own goods and must follow venue rules on event day. False orders, abusive behaviour, or attempts to bypass the booking system may result in account restrictions or removal from the event.

Winnipeg Collectable Swap Meet is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, equipment, or personal belongings brought to the event. Vendors and visitors attend and participate at their own risk.

We collect only the information needed to run the event: your name, email, and booking details. Your private information is never shared publicly or sold.
